These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made on skillberry.eu (the "Site"), operated by SIA Skillberry , trading as Skillberry, a company registered in Latvia.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to these Terms. This is a distance contract within the meaning of Latvian and EU consumer protection law (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums / EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

1. Products

We offer laser-engraved and hand-finished custom products made from wood, stone, porcelain, and metal, including but not limited to cups and saucers, puzzles, menus, boxes, blackboards, cube toys, and NFC-enabled smart gifts. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in natural materials (wood grain, stone texture) are normal and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Personalization

Orders are placed through the Site's checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received.
Many of our products are personalized to your specifications (custom text, names, dates, images, or engravings you provide). You are responsible for the accuracy of any text/content submitted for personalization — please check spelling and details carefully before confirming your order.
We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via our integrated payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We ship across Europe. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under Latvian and EU consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Important exception — personalized goods: In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Latvian law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized — this includes engraved items with custom text, names, or images. Because the vast majority of our products are made-to-order and personalized, they are generally not eligible for withdrawal or return, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match your order.

For any non-personalized, standard stock items (where applicable), the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies. To exercise it, contact us at info@skillberry.lv within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and intent to withdraw. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition; return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered (including personalization errors caused by us), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@skillberry.lv, providing your order number together with clear photos or video evidence of the issue. We will assess each claim individually and, where a genuine defect is confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, product photography, brand elements) is the property of SIA Skillberry and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SIA Skillberry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers may also rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence within the EU.
