Where We Ship

SIA Skillberry ships across Europe from our workshop in Latvia.

Production Time

Most of our products are made to order — laser-engraved, hand-finished, and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, please allow 2-4 business days for production before your order is dispatched (standard consumer orders).

Business & bulk orders: For larger quantities (corporate gifting, events, wholesale), production time depends on order volume. Please contact us in advance by email at info@skillberry.lv or via WhatsApp so we can confirm a timeline for your order.

During peak season (November–December, due to high demand for Q4 corporate gifting and holiday orders), production may take longer. If this happens, we will note an updated estimate on our website or notify you directly by email.

Production time is separate from delivery time (see below) — the total time from order to arrival is production time + delivery time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Latvia: 1-3 business days
Baltic states (Lithuania, Estonia): 1-3 business days
Rest of Europe: 5-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs & Duties (Non-EU destinations)

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@skillberry.lv within 14 days with photos.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; reshipment costs may apply.
